Attendance by Telephone, Etc. Members may, unless prohibited by applicable law, rule or regulation, participate in a meeting of the Members by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting, except where a Member participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting, at the beginning of the meeting, to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not properly called or convened.
