No change in the direct or indirect ownership of Attitude Beer Holding Co. shall be deemed a transfer of Attitude Beer Holding Co.’s Membership Interest. The Company agrees to fully cooperate with Attitude Beer Holding Co. and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx in supplying all information to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx and its auditor so Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx can timely comply with its Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations.
