Common use of Attorney Costs; Due Diligence Expenses Clause in Contracts

Attorney Costs; Due Diligence Expenses. The Borrower shall have paid all reasonably incurred fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent related to the sourcing, legal due diligence and legal documentation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to the Administrative Agent incurred to the Effective Date, plus such additional amounts of such fees and expenses as shall constitute its reasonable estimate of such fees and expenses incurred or to be incurred by it through the closing proceedings (provided, that, such estimate shall not thereafter preclude a final settling of accounts between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent).
