Common use of Attorney Costs, Expenses and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Attorney Costs, Expenses and Taxes. of the Credit Agreement, the Borrower agrees to reimburse the Agents and the Successor Agent for all reasonable fees, costs and out-of-pocket expenses due and payable by the Borrower pursuant to the Loan Documents, as well as such costs and expenses (including Attorney Costs) for advice, assistance, or other representation of the Successor Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment, the DBNY Resignation and Assignment Agreement and all related documents.
