Common use of Attorney Fee Award Clause in Contracts

Attorney Fee Award. The amount, not to exceed 35% of the Gross Settlement Amount (as that term is defined below), in the event it is finally approved by the Court and awarded to Class Counsel. The Attorney Fee Award shall be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund and will not be opposed by Defendant.
