Attorney Fees and Costs. In the event any legal action is undertaken in order to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such legal action, as determined by the court, shall be entitled to receive from the other party the prevailing party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.
