Common use of Attorney Fees and Costs Clause in Contracts

Attorney Fees and Costs. If Firm is the prevailing party in any legal proceeding brought by Firm against Seller to recover any or all of the Fee, Firm shall be entitled to recover from Seller reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Firm in connection with the proceeding.
