ATTORNEY FEES AND OTHER LITIGATION EXPENSES. If the Company resorts to litigation to remedy a breach of this Agreement by a Member or former Member and the Company prevails in the litigation, in addition to any other remedies available to the Company under this Agreement or by law the Company may collect its reasonable attorney fees and other costs and expenses of litigation.
