Attorney Fees. In any action, proceeding, or arbitration between the Owner and the Agent regarding the obligation to pay compensation under this Agreement, the prevailing Owner or Agent shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing Owner or Agent, except as provided in Section XXXI.
