Common use of Attorney General Approval Clause in Contracts

Attorney General Approval. Seller shall have received all approvals from the Attorney General that are necessary or appropriate in order for the Parties to consummate the transactions described herein or a determination from the Attorney General that the Attorney General does not object to the consummation of the transactions described herein, in either instance, without the imposition of any condition that is materially burdensome to the operation of the Hospital Businesses after Closing.
