Common use of Attorney Modification Clause in Contracts

Attorney Modification. Within business days after the Acceptance Date ("Attorney Approval Period"), the Parties' respective 104 attorneys may propose written modifications to this Contract ("Proposed Modifications") on matters other than the Purchase Price, broker's 105 compensation and dates. Any Proposed Modifications that are set forth in writing and accepted by the other party shall become terms of this Contract 106 as if originally set forth in this Contract. If, within the Attorney Approval Period, the Parties cannot reach agreement regarding the Proposed 107 Modifications, then, at any time after the Attorney Approval Period, either Party may terminate this Contract by written notice to the other Party.
