Common use of Attorneys’ and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ and Other Fees. Any attorney’s fees, costs or disbursements incurred by Landlord to secure monies and/or possession from Tenant shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord, and may be deducted from any deposits or other monies of Tenant held by Landlord to the extent that such monies are available. Xxxxxx further agrees to be liable for any fines or penalties for violation of any applicable law and/or municipal codes, ordinances, and regulations, when such violations are attributable to Tenant, his guests, invitees or licensees.
