Attorneys’ Fee and Collection Costs. Resident agrees to reimburse Provider and/or College (as the case may be) the fees of any collection agency, which may be based upon a percentage of the amount owed by Resident to Provider and/or College (as the case may be) at a maximum of 33.3% of the amount owed and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, Provider and/or College (as the case may be) incurs in such collection efforts.
