Common use of Attorney’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Attorney’s Fee. Xxxxxx hereby agrees to pay all of Xxxxxx’s attorney’s fees and costs actually incurred by Xxxxxx in enforcing the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, regardless of whether or not a legal action is filed.
