Attorney’s Fee. We may impose the following fees and charges on your Account. If you default on any part of this Agreement, you agree to pay us all costs to collect your Account, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees whether or not there is a lawsuit, and fees on any appeal and fees for bankruptcy proceedings, appeals and any post-judgment collection services, if applicable.
