Common use of Attorney’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Attorney’s Fee. If it shall become necessary for Owner or Tenant to employ an attorney to assert any right or enforce any obligation under this lease, after default, such party, if he prevails, shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other costs and expenses, the reasonable costs and charges of such attorney.
