Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorney’s Fees and Costs Award of no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount (i.e., Forty-three Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500)), plus up to an additional Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for actual litigation costs.

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorney’s Fees and Costs Award of no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount (i.e., FortyTwo Hundred Twenty-three Thousand, Five Hundred five Thousand Dollars ($43,500225,000.00)), plus up to an additional Two Thousand Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,00012,500.00) for actual litigation costs.

As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorney’s Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of no more than thirty percent (3033%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount in fees (i.e., Forty-three Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500)32,274.00), plus and up to an additional Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for actual litigation costs5,000.00 in cost and expenses.
