As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount (i.e., One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000)), plus up to an additional Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) for actual litigation costs.
