Attorney’s Fees and Costs for Class Counsel. Class Counsel shall move the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with the Action to be paid to Class Counsel from the Settlement Fund. Amuse shall not object to such a motion so long as the attorneys’ fees requested are not more than 25% of the Settlement Fund and the litigation costs do not exceed $10,000. Any attorneys’ fees and costs approved by the Court shall be paid to Class Counsel from the Settlement Fund.
