Attorneys’ Fees and Costs of Collection. Guarantor shall pay on demand the reasonable attorneys’ fees and all other costs and expenses which may be incurred by Administrative Agent or Lenders in the enforcement of or preservation of Lenders’ rights under this Guaranty, which covenant shall survive any payment or discharge in full of the Indebtedness.
