Attorneys’ Fees and Costs of Collection. In the event of any dispute arising under or related to the enforcement of this Agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party or parties its costs of litigation, including but not limited to its reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs of Collection. In the event If there is a prevailing party in any lawsuit, reference or arbitration arising out of any dispute arising under or related relating to the enforcement of this Agreement the Agreement, such prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party such sums as the court, referee or parties its costs of litigation, including but not limited arbitrator may adjudge to its be reasonable attorneys’ fees' fees in the action, reference or arbitration, in addition to costs and expenses otherwise allowed by law.
