Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Court Costs Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Court Costs. Should any action be brought by either party hereto to enforce any provision of this Lease, the prevailing party in such action shall be reimbursed by the other party for all reasonable attorney’s fees, necessary expenses, and court costs incurred by the prevailing party in the action.
