Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Court Costs Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Court Costs. In the event any party shall institute and prevail in any action or suit for the enforcement of any of their rights hereunder, the party at fault will pay to the other party reasonable attorney's fees and account thereof, plus their costs and expenses incurred therein, and attorney's fees and costs on any appeal to any court shall be allowed to the party prevailing.
