ATTORNEY'S FEES AND HOMESTEAD. If either party exercises any of the ----------------------------- remedies provided to it under this Lease as a result of the other party's failure to comply with its obligations, or if either party brings any action to enforce its rights under this Lease, the defaulting party shall be obligated to reimburse the non-defaulting party, on demand, for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, actually incurred in connection therewith. Tenant waives all homestead rights and exemptions which he may have under any law against any obligations owing under this Lease and Tenant hereby assigns to Landlord his homestead and exemption.
