ATTORNEYS FEES/COLLECTION CHARGES. 21.01 In the event of any legal action or proceeding between the parties hereto, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses of the prevailing party will be added to the judgment or award therein Should Lessor be named as defendant in any third party action brought against Lessee in connection with or arising out of Lessee's occupancy hereunder, Lessee will hold harmless and defend Lessor against any liability and will pay to Lessor all its costs and expenses incurred in such suit, including actual attorneys' fees.
