ATTORNEYS FEES/COLLECTION CHARGES. In the event of any legal action or proceeding between the parties hereto, reasonable attorney's fees and expenses of the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding may be added to the judgment therein, including attorney's fees on appeal. In addition to the charges provided for above, Tenant shall pay a charge of $25.00 to Landlord for preparation of each demand for delinquent rent.
