ATTORNEYS FEES/COLLECTION CHARGES. 22.01. In the event of any legal action or proceeding between the parties hereto, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses of the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding will be added to the judgment therein. Should Landlord be named as defendant in any suit brought against Tenant in connection with or arising out of Tenant's occupancy hereunder, Tenant will pay to Landlord its costs and expenses incurred in such suit, including reasonable attorney's fees, except to the extent Landlord is named as a defendant as a result of its alleged negligence or intentional misconduct.
