Attorney’s Fees in Defense of This Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, the Company shall pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses for the Executive if the Executive must engage an attorney in order to enforce this Agreement following the Executive’s Date of Termination.
