Common use of Attorneys' Fees of VCB Counsel Clause in Contracts

Attorneys' Fees of VCB Counsel. VCB shall reach agreement with its counsel that the attorneys' fees relating to the Acquisition chargeable to VCB for attorney fee time (including time for paralegals and other personnel of VCB' attorneys) incurred from and after June 1, 1998 shall not exceed $30,000.

VCB shall reach agreement with its counsel that As of the Effective Date the attorneys' fees relating to the Acquisition chargeable to VCB or the Bank for attorney fee time (including time for paralegals and other personnel 21 of VCB' attorneys) incurred from and after June 1, 1998 shall not have exceeded $30,000. If Bancorp determines prior to Closing that such fees have exceeded or will exceed $30,000, the difference between $30,000 and actual fees shall be deducted from the Acquisition purchase price provided in Section 1.1.
