Common use of Attorneys’ Fees; Prejudgment Interest Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees; Prejudgment Interest. In the event of commencement of either arbitration or suit by either party to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive such attorneys’ fees and costs as may be adjudged reasonable in addition to any other relief granted. Any award of damages as a result of the breach of this Agreement or any of its provisions shall include an award of prejudgment interest from the date of the breach at the maximum rate of interest allowed by law.
