Attorneys’ Fees Related to a Change in Control. Within sixty (60) days following Executive’s written request (which must include documentation of and a detailed description of such fees and expenses), in the event of a Change in Control, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses that Executive incurs in connection with the review of this Agreement with respect to the Change in Control and the review of the calculations described in this Section 7(g). Executive must submit any request for reimbursement of such attorneys’ fees and expenses within sixty (60) days after such fees and expenses are incurred.
