Attorney's Fees/Subdivision Review. 8.7.1 The Developer shall pay any and all attorney's fees incurred by the City in addition to those fees specifically set forth in Sections 4, 5 and 6 of this Agreement for review of documents, agreements, contracts, proposals and related materials involved in Subdivision. Payment is due within 30 days from the date that the City issues a bill.
