Common use of Attornment Clause in Contracts

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each future sublease permitted under Section 20.1 21.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 24.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if that sublessee shall from time to time upon request of Lessee or Lessor furnish within ten (10) days an estoppel certificate relating to the sublease, and (d) in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted ---------- under Section 20.1 25.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject ------------ and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunderhereunder (except to the extent such subtenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment assurances under Section 25.1.11 above), (b) if in the event this --------------- Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee subtenant thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee subtenant may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the sublessee event the subtenant receives a Notice written notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Leasehas occurred, the sublessee subtenant shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee subtenant by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Paragraph 22 provisions to the that effect that (ai) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, ; (bii) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, ; and (ciii) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each a sublease permitted under Section 20.1 SECTION 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s Lessees assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted ---------- under Section 20.1 13.03(a) provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to such Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Article XXIII provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 13.03(a) provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to such Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 13.03.01 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of the applicable Lease (including this Lease Agreement) and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if this in the event such Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this such Lease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this such Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this such Lease.

All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions reasonably satisfactory to Landlord which provide for the effect benefit of Landlord that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlord's option, either attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Leaseunder such sublease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may otherwise direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee owed to Landlord under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 24.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder hereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted ---------- under Section 20.1 13.03(a) provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to such Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each a sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s Lessees assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Paragraph 22 (not including rental agreements with residents) provisions to the that effect that (ai) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, ; (bii) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, ; and (ciii) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee subtenant by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Article XXIII provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder hereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. The Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Sublease (other than Resident Agreements) provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease Sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of the Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such subleaseSublease, the sublessee Sublessee thereunder will, at the Lessor’s 's option, attorn to the Lessor and waive any right the sublessee Sublessee may have to terminate the sublease Sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, Lease and (c) if in the sublessee event the Sublessee receives a Notice written notice from the Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists the Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee Sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease Sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, Lessor or as such party the Lessor may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee Sublessee by the Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by the Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, hereunder (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.. 157

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under ---------- Section 20.1 13.03(a) provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to such Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under ---------- Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, hereunder (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 24.1 provisions to the effect that (ai) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (bii) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee subtenant thereunder will, at LessorLandlord’s option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee subtenant may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (ciii) if in the sublessee event the subtenant receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Leasehas occurred, the sublessee subtenant shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee subtenant by Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at LessorLandlord’s option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 24.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, Lease and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees's assignee, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 hereunder provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to the Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each a sublease permitted under Section 20.1 21.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals rents received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each any sublease permitted under Section 20.1 to which Landlord may consent (without obligation for Landlord to do so) provisions satisfactory to Landlord which provide for the effect benefit of Landlord that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, will attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Leaseunder such sublease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said such sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may otherwise direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee owed to Landlord under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 this Lease above provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder hereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, Lease and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseLease (excluding rentals received under subleases requested by Lessor under the next to last sentence of Section 23.1).

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each future sublease ---------- permitted under Section 20.1 21.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted ---------- under Section 20.1 25.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject ------------ and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunderhereunder (except to the extent such subtenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment assurances under Section 25.1.11 above), (b) if in the event this --------------- Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee subtenant thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee subtenant may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the sublessee event the subtenant receives a Notice written notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Leasehas occurred, the sublessee subtenant shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to 104 the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee subtenant by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 12.02.01 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease Agreement and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates Agreement shall terminate as to the subject Leased Property before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the such termination of this LeaseAgreement, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this LeaseTenant is in default hereunder, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 14.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease Agreement and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates Agreement shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at LessorLandlord’s option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this LeaseAgreement, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Tenant is in Default exists under this LeaseAgreement, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or LessorLandlord’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this LeaseAgreement.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under ---------- Section 20.1 XXIII provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and ------------- subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under ---------- Section 20.1 23.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlord's option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.01 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions satisfactory to Landlord which provide for the effect benefit of Landlord that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlord's option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Leaseunder such sublease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may otherwise direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee owed to Landlord under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 12.03.01 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of the applicable Lease (including this Lease Agreement) and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if this in the event such Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this such Lease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this such Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this such Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 23.1 provisions reasonably satisfactory to Landlord which provide for the effect benefit of Landlord that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration 56 63 of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlord's option, either attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Leaseunder such sublease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating stating, that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving Giving such Notice, or as such party may otherwise direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee owed to Landlord under this Lease.

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each any sublease permitted under Section 20.1 to which Landlord may consent (without obligation for Landlord to do so) provisions satisfactory to Landlord which provide for the effect benefit of Landlord that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, will attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Leaseunder such sublease, and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said such sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may otherwise direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee owed to Landlord under this Lease.

Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 25.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee subtenant thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee subtenant may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if in the sublessee event the subtenant receives a Notice written notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Leasehas occurred, the sublessee subtenant shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee subtenant by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee Tenant under this Lease.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 22.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s 's option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s 's assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseLease or the Master Lease Agreement.

Attornment. Lessee Tenant shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 13.03(a) provisions to the effect that that: (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor Landlord (and its lender) hereunder, ; (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s Landlords' option, attorn to Lessor Landlord and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to TO surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, hereof; and (c) if in the event the sublessee receives a Notice written notice from Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s Landlord's assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists Tenant is in default under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Noticenotice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor Landlord or Lessor’s assigneesLandlord's assignees in respect of a Leased Property, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited credit against the amounts owing by Lessee under this LeaseTenant hereunder with respect to such Leased Property.

Attornment. Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 XXIII provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease (including without limitation the last sentence of Paragraph 22.2 below) and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.

Attornment. The Lessee shall insert in each sublease permitted under Section 20.1 Sublease, other than Resident Agreements, provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease Sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of the Lessor hereunder, (b) if in the event this Lease terminates shall terminate before the expiration of such subleaseSublease, the sublessee Sublessee thereunder will, at the Lessor’s 's option, attorn to the Lessor and waive any right the sublessee Sublessee may have to terminate the sublease Sublease or to surrender possession thereunder thereunder, as a result of the termination of this Lease, Lease and (c) if in the sublessee event the Sublessee receives a Notice written notice from the Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists the Lessee is in default under this Lease, the sublessee Sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease Sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, Lessor or as such party the Lessor may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee Sublessee by the Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by the Lessee under this Lease.

Lessee shall insert in each future sublease permitted under Section 20.1 21.1 provisions to the effect that (a) such sublease is subject and subordinate to all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and to the rights of Lessor hereunder, (b) if this Lease terminates before the expiration of such sublease, the sublessee thereunder will, at Lessor’s option, attorn to Lessor and waive any right the sublessee may have to terminate the sublease or to surrender possession thereunder as a result of the termination of this Lease, and (c) if the sublessee receives a written Notice from Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, stating that an uncured Event of Default exists under this Lease, the sublessee shall thereafter be obligated to pay all rentals accruing under said sublease directly to the party giving such Notice, or as such party may direct. All rentals received from the sublessee by Lessor or Lessor’s assignees, if any, as the case may be, shall be credited against the amounts owing by Lessee under this Lease.
