No later than the Jurisdiction’s submission of the ballot layout to the County Clerk, the Jurisdiction shall confirm that each candidate has provided a clearly spoken recording of their name. This requirement aids the County Clerk in programming the audio component of the electromechanical voting equipment for the Election. The Jurisdiction shall timely make any modifications to the audio recording requested by the County Clerk.
