AUDIT BY LESSOR. Lessor, at its own expense except as provided hereinbelow, shall have the right from time to time to have its accountants or representatives audit the information set forth in the Officer's Certificate referred to in Section 3.2 and in connection with such audits, to examine Lessee's records with respect thereto (including supporting data, income tax and sales tax returns), subject to any prohibitions or limitations on disclosure of any such data under applicable law or regulations.
