Common use of Audit Due Date Clause in Contracts

Audit Due Date. Audits that comply with 2 CFR Part 200 and the SSAG are due to the granting agencies nine months from the end of the fiscal period or thirty (30) calendar days from completion of the audit, whichever is sooner. For all other audits, the due date is six (6) months from the end of the fiscal period unless a different date is specified within the contract or grant agreement.
