Common use of Audit Expenses Clause in Contracts

Audit Expenses. Audits shall be performed at the Auditing Party’s expense, unless the audit found billing errors or inaccuracies in favor of the Auditing Party, in which case the Audited Party shall reimburse the Auditing Party for its expense in performing said audit. There shall be no charge for reasonable access to the Audited Party’s employees, books, records, documents, facilities and systems necessary to assess the accuracy of the Audited Party’s bills.
