The 'Audit service fee' clause defines the payment terms and structure for fees charged by an auditor for their services. Typically, this clause outlines how the fee is calculated—such as a fixed amount, hourly rate, or based on the scope of work—and may specify when payments are due, such as upon completion of the audit or in installments. By clearly setting out the financial expectations and obligations related to audit services, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment and ensures both parties understand the cost arrangements upfront.
Audit service fee. The service fees of WEEELABEX Auditor(s) and any technical experts are paid by the WEEELABEX Member System(s) ordering a WEEELABEX Audit; or by the (candidate) WEEELABEX Operator if he is initiating the WEEELABEX Audit. A WEEELABEX Lead Auditor shall be appointed for the WEEELABEX Audit to perform the general audit; it is recommended that the same Lead Auditor is appointed to perform the subsequent surveillance audit (the following year after the general audit).
