AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT. The annual financial statement of the CONCESSIONAIRE is subject to auditing by a registered auditor with international recognition under the Independent Financial Audit Act. The costs for performance of the independent financial audit shall be on the account of the CONCESSIONAIRE.
