Auditing Costs. Any billing to the Company by Wexpro for services under this Agreement or other determination of expenses may include, as a business expense, the allocated costs of auditing of only the properties and transactions covered by this Agreement by independent certified public accountants and other auditors as such audits may be required under the terms of this Agreement.
