The Corporation having caused its auditors to deliver to the Underwriters a comfort letter or comfort letters, dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters, acting reasonably, bringing forward to the date which is not more than two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the information contained in the comfort letter referred to in Section 5(p)(v);
