Common use of Auditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Auditor Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of any reports submitted by the Credit Parties’ independent public accountants, if any, in connection with each annual, interim or special audit or review of any type of the financial statements or internal control systems of any Credit Party or any of their Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letters submitted by such accountants to management of any Credit Party or any of their Subsidiaries in connection with their services;

Auditor Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of any reports submitted by the Credit Parties’ Principal Borrower’s independent public accountants, if any, accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit or review of any type of the financial statements or internal control systems of any Credit Party the Principal Borrower or any of their its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letters submitted by such accountants to management of any Credit Party the Principal Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries Subsidiary in connection with their services;
