Common use of AUDITORS' LETTERS Clause in Contracts

AUDITORS' LETTERS. upon the Publication Date and on the Closing Date, there having been delivered to the Managers letters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Managers, dated the Publication Date in the case of the first letter and dated the Closing Date in the case of the subsequent letters, and addressed to the Managers from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Certified Public Accountants to the Issuer;
