Common use of AUDITORS' LETTERS Clause in Contracts

AUDITORS' LETTERS. Each of the Company and Parent shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause to be delivered to the other party and such other party's Board of Directors a letter of its independent auditors, dated the date on which the Registration Statement shall become effective, and addressed to the other party and such other party's Board of Directors, in form and substance customary for "comfort" letters delivered by independent public accountants in connection with the registration statements on Form F-4.

Each of Parent and the Company and Parent each shall use its commercially all reasonable best efforts to cause to be delivered to the other party and such other party's Board of Directors directors a letter of its independent auditors, dated the date on which the Registration Statement shall become effective, and addressed to the other party and such other party's Board of Directorsdirectors, in form and substance customary for "comfort" letters delivered by independent public accountants in connection with the registration statements on Form F-4similar to the Registration Statement.
