Common use of Audits and Litigation Clause in Contracts

Audits and Litigation. The Contractor shall maintain all records related to any audits initiated by federal and state auditors or to any pending litigation until six years after all audits are completed or litigation is resolved, including any related appeals or the time for appeal has expired, or for six years from the date of termination of this Contract, whichever is longer.
