Audits, Appraisals and Environmental Reports. All of the appraisals and audits of the real and personal Property and business of Borrowers being conducted by Agent (or a third party designated by Agent) prior to the Closing Date, and all of the Phase I environmental assessments of the real Property of Borrowers being conducted by Agent (or a third party designated by Agent) prior to the Closing Date, shall have been completed to Agent’s reasonable satisfaction.
