You shall permit audits and inspection by DOH, the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, CMS, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the Comptroller General of the United States, and/or any of their respective designees regarding pertinent books and records relating to Coalition Partner’s participation in the DSRIP Program, compliance with the DSRIP Program requirements, satisfaction of performance measures, and right to any DSRIP Funds.
