Common use of Audits rights Clause in Contracts

Audits rights. 1. The responsible auditing bodies of the EU, and, within their responsibility, the auditing bodies of the participating Partner States as well as the Audit Authority, MA/JS and Certifying Authority of the programme are entitled to audit the proper use of Funds by the LP or by the project partners or arrange for such an audit to be carried out by authorised persons. The LP and the PPs will be notified in due time about any audit to be carried out on their expenditure.
