Authenticating Authorizations. The Receiver’s authorization for recurring TEL Entries shall be obtained by you in a writing that is signed or similarly authenticated by the Receiver. In the case of any “similar authentication” you shall comply with applicable governing law, including but not limited to the ESIGN Act.
