Authentication and Delivery of Original Issue. Forthwith upon the execution and delivery of this Indenture, or from time to time thereafter, Notes up to the aggregate principal amount of $50,000,000 may be executed by the Company and delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and shall thereupon be authenticated and delivered by the Trustee upon Company Order, without any further action by the Company.
