Common use of Authentication of Company Information Records Clause in Contracts

Authentication of Company Information Records. Company shall Authenticate any Record delivered (i) in person, or by U.S. mail, overnight courier, or fax, by the signature of the Officer or employee of Company who prepared the Record; (ii) as an Electronic Record sent via encrypted e-mail, by the signature of the Officer or employee of Company who prepared the Record by any file format signature that is acceptable to Xxxxx Fargo, or by a separate certification signed and sent by fax; or (iii) as an Electronic Record via the file upload service of Xxxxx Fargo’s CEO portal or similar secure electronic channel to which the parties have agreed, through such credentialing process as Xxxxx Fargo and Company may agree to under the CEO agreement.
